1) SHIPPING
We process and ship orders during our normal business hours. These are Monday through Friday, 09: 00 PM through 18: 00 PM CET. The goods are ready for dispatch no later than one working day after receipt of payment.
The shipping method available for your selected country of delivery as well as the delivery costs and delivery times can be found in the following tables.

Internationally we ship with DHL STANDARD and DPD.
SHIPMENT TRACKING
Once we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail notification stating the tracking number. The link contained in the e-mail allows you to check the status of your package at any time.

2) PAYMENT TYPES
The payment is made either by Credit card (Stripe), Paypal (Paypal Direct), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Sofort Banking (Klarna).
PAYMENT METHOD CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, AMAZON PAY AND APPLE PAY
If paying by credit card, the purchase price will be reserved on your credit card at the time of order (authorization). The actual charge on your credit card account will be at the time we ship the goods to you.
When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal in the ordering process. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.
When paying by Amazon Pay you order from us and pay with your deposited and preferred amazon.de cash. When paying with Amazon Pay you need a customer account at amazon.de and log in during the payment process with your amazon.de access data. The order will be shipped after successful payment and confirmation by Amazon Pay.
When paying with Apple Pay, you order from us and pay with your preferred means of payment stored in your Apple ID. The order will be dispatched after successful payment.
PAYMENT TYPE INSTANT BANKING (KLARNA)
Payment via Sofort Banking takes place immediately after the order process. The invoice amount must be transferred to our account within 5 days. If you are in default of payment, the purchase price will be subject to interest at 5% points above the base rate during the default. We reserve the right to prove and claim higher damage caused by default.
Your order data will be saved by us. You will receive an order confirmation including the specified data by email, which you can then print out from your account.
3) CANCELLATION & RETURN
Your returns are governed by the statutory right of withdrawal. You have the right within 14 days after receiving the goods without giving any reason to take your statutory right of withdrawal.

GOODS RETURNED
Please note that you have to bear the costs of the returns (usually bei Use of the original packaging 6,90 EUR). The basis for the return costs incurred is provided by the statutory cancellation policy that you read and accepted before completing the order. If you would like to exchange the item, please note this on the cancellation form and return the original item to the above mentioned address. You will then receive the requested item immediately.
RECLAMATION / MISSING DELIVERY
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or a faulty product has been delivered to us, we ask that you notify us by e-mail or telephone. Please send the items back only when prompted by us. You may receive a shipping ticket for free return. Please do not send parcels back to us.

For all goods shipped within the European Union, no additional taxes or duties are due. The item prices and delivery costs include the applicable value added tax and are therefore stated as gross prices.

DUTIES AND TAXES FOR NON-EU MEMBER STATES
These are also shown accordingly in the ordering process. If you have your main residence in a third country and we deliver the goods to the appropriate address, you always pay the net amount at www.minividuals.com.
The import sales tax as well as any applicable customs duties or processing fees are to be paid separately to our service partner DHL.
