Online Dispute Resolution in accordance with Art. 14, para. 1 ODR-VO:
Regulation (EU) No 524 / 2013 ("ODR Regulation") applies to the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. It seeks to settle any disputes between consumers and merchants in relation to online sales contracts or online service contracts through an online platform. This platform ("OS platform") you can turn to is set up by the European Union. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure and unfortunately can not offer to participate in such a procedure.
