Terms & Conditions


(1) The goods and services offered by minividuals GmbH (hereinafter "minividuals" or "we") are made exclusively on the basis of the following terms and conditions.

(2) The online shop of minividuals can be reached at the address www.minividuals.com and is aimed exclusively at consumers in the sense of § 13 BGB.

(3) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for a purpose that can not be attributed to his or her commercial or self-employed professional activity.

(1) The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Rather, it is a non-binding request to order goods in the online shop.

(2) By clicking the button "buy now" you make a binding offer to buy.

(3) After receipt of the purchase offer you will receive an automatically generated e-mail confirming that we have received your order (acknowledgment of receipt). This confirmation of receipt does not represent an acceptance of your purchase offer. A contract does not come about through the acknowledgment of receipt yet.

(4) A purchase contract for the goods is only concluded when we expressly declare acceptance of the purchase offer (order confirmation) or when we send the goods to the customer without prior express acceptance.


(1) Payment is made either by credit card (Stripe), Paypal (Paypal Direct), Amazon Pay, Apple Pay or Sofort Banking (Klarna).

(2) Payment method credit card, Paypal, Amazon Pay and Apple Pay

If paying by credit card, the purchase price will be reserved on your credit card at the time of order (authorization). The actual charge on your credit card account will be at the time we ship the goods to you.

When paying with PayPal, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal in the ordering process. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately thereafter.

When paying by Amazon Pay you order from us and pay with your deposited and preferred amazon.de cash. When paying with Amazon Pay you need a customer account at amazon.de and log in during the payment process with your amazon.de access data. The order will be shipped after successful payment and confirmation by Amazon Pay.

When paying with Apple Pay, you order from us and pay with your Apple ID, which is your preferred payment method. The order will be dispatched after successful payment.

(3) Payment Method Instant Banking

Payment via Sofort Banking takes place immediately after the order process. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 5 days. If you are in default of payment, the purchase price shall be charged during the default in the amount of 5% points above the base interest rate. We reserve the right to prove and assert a higher damage caused by default.

(4) Your order details are stored by us.

You will receive an order confirmation including the specified data by e-mail.


(1) The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.

(2) Until full payment of the purchase price, the goods remain the property of minividuals. Before the transfer of ownership, a pledge, transfer, processing or transformation is not permitted without our consent.

(3) In addition to the prices quoted, shipping costs are incurred, please refer to the page with the current shipping costs. The shipping costs are clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.


(1) As a consumer, you have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal. This is based on the following provisions:



You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. by means of a clear statement (eg a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can do this for the delivery attached Model Withdrawal Form ,however it is not mandatory. In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient for you to send us the notification (e.g. by email) of the wish to cancel the contract before the end of the cancellation period.


If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including the costs of supply (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than that offered by us, cheapest Standard have), and repay immediately latest within fourteen days from the date on which the notification has been received about your cancellation of this contract with us. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will be charged fees for this repayment.

You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear the cost of returning the goods.

(2) The right of withdrawal does not apply to the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or provision by the consumer is authoritative or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

(3) Please avoid damage and contamination. If possible, send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use an additional protective packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please provide suitable packaging for sufficient protection against damage in transit in order to avoid claims for damages due to defective packaging.

(4) Please note that the above recommendations are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.


If you would like to exchange the item, please note this on the cancellation form and return the original item to the above mentioned address. You will then receive the requested item immediately.


(1) Unless otherwise agreed, the delivery of the goods from our warehouse to the address specified by you.

(2) Within Germany we ship via DHL.

(3) If goods are delivered with obvious damage in transit, please complain about such errors immediately to the deliverer, and please contact us as soon as possible.

(4) Failure to complain or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us assert our own claims against the carrier or transport insurance.


(1) For the products offered in our online shop the legal warranty rights exist.

(2) In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or we have delivered a wrong product, we ask that you notify us by email or telephone. Please send the items back only when prompted by us. You may receive a shipping ticket for free return. Please do not send parcels back to us.

(3) The carpets distributed by minividuals are 100% cotton fibers. At the beginning of use, there may be an increase in lint formation on the carpet, since the excess yarns will come loose. Lint formation is lost when the yarns combine. The instructions in the care recommendation must be observed. Lint formation is common and does not reduce the use and quality of the carpet.


(1) Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item.

(2) After receiving the returned goods, we will write you the amount of goods delivery as follows.

a. Payment with credit card: The amount to be refunded will be credited back to your credit card account.

b. Payment with PayPal: The amount to be refunded will be credited back to your PayPal account.

c. Payment via Amazon Pay: The amount to be refunded will be credited back to your payment method deposited with Amazon Pay.

d. Payment via Apple Pay: The amount to be reimbursed will be credited back to your form of payment deposited with Apple.

e. Payment via immidate transfer: We will transfer the amount back to your account.


(1) The legal liability provisions apply. For slight negligence, we are liable only for injury to life, body and health of persons.

(2) For the rest, the following limitation of liability applies: In the event of slight negligence, we shall only be liable in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance you can regularly rely (cardinal duty). The liability for slight negligence is limited in amount to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which is typically to be expected. This limitation of liability also applies in favor of our vicarious agents.

(3) Liability is excluded for damage resulting from improper use of the products. When cleaning and drying the products in washing machines and dryers, the customer is obliged to ensure that the appropriate device is suitable for use and that the fluff filter is cleaned. Lint may appear more often the first time you wash. Minividuals assumes no liability for the devices used for washing or drying.


(1) Regulation (EU) No 524 / 2013 ("ODR Regulation") applies to the out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes. It seeks to settle any disputes between consumers and merchants in relation to online sales contracts or online service contracts through an online platform. This platform ("OS platform") you can turn to is set up by the European Union. We are not obliged to participate in a dispute resolution procedure and unfortunately can not offer to participate in such a procedure.

(2) The platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.


(1) The contract is subject exclusively to German law, excluding the provisions of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Gods (CISG, "UN Sales Convention").

(2) Should any provision of these terms and conditions be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains in effect. In place of the invalid provision, the relevant statutory provisions apply.
